A plain-language outline of what the consultation request collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Consultation requests
The public request is limited to contact and planning information. It does not ask for photographs, identity documents, or medical history.
Purpose and access
Information is used to respond to the request and arrange a possible next step. Access is restricted to authorised clinic staff.
Retention and deletion
A consultation request is kept for 24 months and is then deleted. The message you send is kept for 12 months. Deletion is automatic and does not depend on a request from you.
Photographs and medical history
Before you send photographs or medical history, please read this notice. RNWOOD Plastic Surgery Clinic will use this information to review your consultation request, assess possible treatment options, plan care, coordinate your consultation, and follow up with you.
All clinic employees can access this information. The international consultation team manages the intake process. Email is not a fully secure channel.
The clinic keeps emails, photographs, and medical history for 12 months. It keeps the consultation record for 24 months.
You may refuse or withdraw consent. If you refuse, the clinic may not be able to assess you remotely. To withdraw consent or request deletion, email consult@rnwoodseoul.com. Legal or medical-record duties can limit deletion. If you agree, reply “I consent” before you send photographs or medical history.
External providers
RNWOOD uses Cafe24 to host clinic email and Resend to deliver website emails. Resend stores customer data in the United States and uses subprocessors there.
RNWOOD uses WhatsApp for patient consultation messages. WhatsApp and Meta process information globally, including in the United States.
RNWOOD uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views. Vercel states that this service does not use cookies and stores anonymized usage data.
