Before you send photographs or medical history, please read this notice. RNWOOD Plastic Surgery Clinic will use this information to review your consultation request, assess possible treatment options, plan care, coordinate your consultation, and follow up with you.
All clinic employees can access this information. The international consultation team manages the intake process. Email is not a fully secure channel.
The clinic keeps emails, photographs, and medical history for 12 months. It keeps the consultation record for 24 months.
You may refuse or withdraw consent. If you refuse, the clinic may not be able to assess you remotely. To withdraw consent or request deletion, email consult@rnwoodseoul.com. Legal or medical-record duties can limit deletion. If you agree, reply “I consent” before you send photographs or medical history.
Plan travel after staff confirmation
Plan to remain in Seoul for 7 to 10 days after primary lifting. Sutures are always removed on postoperative day 7. Recovery can continue until day 10, depending on the patient’s progress. Follow-up visits are scheduled by the clinical team. Do not fly home until the clinical team confirms that you are fit to travel.
Time zones and response coverage
Clinic scheduling uses Korean Standard Time (UTC+9). Staff will confirm appointment times with you when they reply.

Confirmed services are separated by who provides them. Travel arrangements remain subject to staff confirmation.

- Airport pickup is provided by the clinic.
- Tax refund assistance is provided by the clinic.
- The clinic provides recovery care or aftercare accommodation.
Coordinated with third parties
- Interpretation in Russian, Vietnamese, and Thai is coordinated through a third-party platform.
- Accommodation support is coordinated, with discounted room rates.

- Visa invitation letters are not provided.
